About the role

We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract, covering maternity leave. This role is based in Kensington with a salary of $90,000 per annum (plus super and leave loading). This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of residential Owners Corporations while working closely with committees, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Owners Corporations in accordance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and effectively administered. This position suits someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing relationships while delivering high‑quality strata management services.

The role involves running meetings, implementing committee decisions, coordinating maintenance works, managing budgets and levies, and responding to owner and committee enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OC Manager looking for a stable, defined‑term role within a supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for

You are a professional, motivated, and customer‑focused Owners Corporation Manager with a confident and approachable manner. You take pride in delivering high‑quality service, building strong relationships, and managing your portfolio with accountability and diligence.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Owners Corporation / Strata Management, supported by relevant industry qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters, including dispute resolution, contract renewals, and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a small team, with a track record of meeting performance, service delivery, and financial objectives
  • · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with owners, committee members, contractors, consultants, and        internal stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands
  • Confidence in running AGMs, Committee Meetings, and on‑site attendances, with some work outside standard business hours required
  • High level of attention to detail and sound understanding of legislative compliance under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and Regulations 2018
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
