2024 CEO Awards

The 2024 CEO Award celebrates the Unison staff member who most embodies our core values: People, Respect, Positivity, and Accountability.

This year, the award was proudly presented to then IAP leader Sarah Chapple, in recognition of her outstanding commitment to these values in her everyday work. Sarah’s dedication, empathy, and leadership have made a lasting impact on her team and the communities we serve.

Following this achievement, Sarah has been promoted to Acting Manager, Housing Assessments and Pathways — a testament to her continued growth and contribution to Unison.
