Status: Full-time
Salary: Approx. $130k per annum, plus super & leave loading
About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Maintenance who can lead people, solve problems and keep things moving. You’ll lead a capable team responsible for maintaining homes for some of our community’s most vulnerable people, balancing competing priorities while ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally and with care.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making decisions, building trusted relationships and taking ownership. You’ll work closely with contractors and internal teams, navigating everything from day-to-day maintenance to urgent property issues.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds strong relationships, leads by example and bring out the best in others.
- Takes ownership and solves problems, using sound judgement, initiative and a practical approach.
- Understands relevant housing standards, building regulations and safety requirements and can apply them confidently in decision-making.
- Bring experience in property or maintenance management, proven leadership capability and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for residents and Unison.
