Social housing provides stable, long-term housing for people on very low incomes or with urgent housing needs. Unison develops and manages social housing in Melbourne’s inner city, north, west, and Geelong, however eligibility is assessed by Homes Victoria.
Affordable Housing
Unison offers safe, long-term affordable housing for low to moderate income earners in Melbourne’s inner city, north, west, and Geelong, with support to sustain tenancies and strengthen community connections.
