Unison Housing & Support Services

Social Housing

Social housing provides stable, long-term housing for people on low incomes or with urgent housing needs. Unison provides social housing in Melbourne’s inner city, north, west, and Geelong.

Affordable Housing

Unison offers affordable housing to employed and low income people. The properties, owned and managed by Unison, are located in Melbourne’s inner city, north, west, and Geelong.

Homelessness Support

Unison provides urgent support and help finding housing if you're homeless or at risk of being homeless in the areas of Moonee Valley, Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay, Wyndham, and the north and the western areas of the City of Melbourne. Services can include emergency accommodation and links to longer-term housing services across Melbourne’s west.

Private Rental Assistance

Unison’s Private Rental Access Program assists low-income households in Melbourne's West and Geelong to secure and maintain private rental housing through financial support, advocacy, and outreach services.

Supportive Housing

Unison provides safe, secure housing for people with previous experiences of rough sleeping, and/or chronic homelessness and are in need of support. Unison partners with health and social providers ensures residents receive holistic care to sustain their tenancies.

Social Enterprise Property Services

Unison’s Property Corporation delivers high-quality commercial cleaning and groundskeeping services, while providing meaningful job opportunities to people facing barriers to employment.
