Salary: approx. $110k plus super & leave loading
About the role
Join Unison as our Capability Lead and play a key role in supporting the development pathways of our Housing and Homelessness teams. You’ll lead the delivery of our graduate, training and induction programs, working closely with leaders, subject matter experts and external facilitators to create meaningful learning experiences. This is your chance to shape how new starters and graduates begin their careers, build capability across the organisation, and empower our people to deliver high‑quality services to the renters and communities we support.
The role will require travel across Unison’s offices around Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

- Solid knowledge of community housing and tenancy management
- The ability to develop well-structured programs and clear, accessible learning materials
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building across teams and levels
- Experience identifying capability and learning needs, and adapting your style
- A warm, engaging approach that makes people feel supported
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing others
