Salary: Approx. $100k plus super & leave loading
About the role
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth operations of our planned and reactive maintenance activities across our portfolio of properties.
Working from our central hub (desk-based), you’ll be responsible for:
- Prioritising and allocating work based on urgency, cost-efficiency, and operational needs.
- Problem-solving in real time – finding smart solutions to maintenance issues as they arise.
- Coordinating with our on-site Building Managers to ensure seamless delivery and minimal disruption.
- Monitoring progress, ensuring SLAs are met and keeping accurate records throughout.
- Liaising with internal and external contractors, keeping quality high and costs under control.
In short, you’ll be the central link between people, places, and performance.
