Position title: Property Compliance Officer

Team: Property Team

Reporting to: Manager, Maintenance

Status: Full-time

Salary: Approx. $100k plus super & leave loading

About the role

The Property Compliance Officer ensures our properties adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards through coordinating compliance activities, diligent record-keeping, and risk identification. Your day-to-day will include coordinating inspections and repair works, preparing and submitting compliance reports, maintaining up-to-date records, certifications and permits, and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and ideally has experience in property compliance, facilities management, or risk management. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Administration experience with a proven ability to follow procedures through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills to work with multiple parties to schedule property compliance works.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Adaptability to manage changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with compliance tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
