This is done through assessment of your property and talking with you about your expectations and needs in renting your property. Information on current rental markets and data can also be made available to ensure your property achieves the highest value possible.

Our team

Our Place Managers manage small portfolios to provide optimum service to you and your tenants. Your Place Manager is experienced and the only person you will deal with as they manage all aspects of your valued investment.

We have a strong team culture. Our Place Managers work closely with our in house Owners Corporation, facilities and finance management and community engagement teams, ensuring a sound knowledge of your investment property.
