Harmony Day is on Sunday March 21 and Cultural Diversity Week will take place from March 21 to March 28

Victorians come from more than 200 countries, speak 260 languages and dialects and follow 135 religious faiths. Unison has a terrific culturally diverse team who work with and support people from many cultural backgrounds.

This year the Victorian Multicultural Commission wants to push boundaries with the official theme for Cultural Diversity Week theme asking: What does multicultural Victoria look like in 2030?

Sharing culture through food, music and conversation is a cherished pastime for us Victorians. Even with the challenges presented by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there will be a range of activities and online events to celebrate the week.

Head to the Cultural Diversity Week website for all details

Normally Unison would be gearing up with our residents and local partners for the  Kensington CommUNITY Festival, our much-loved annual signature event that is held during Cultural Diversity Week that connects and celebrates our wonderful diverse community.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions the celebration will take shape in another form later in the year, so WATCH THIS SPACE!
