Coronavirus (Covid-19) Restrictions Update
Unison continues to carefully monitor the current developments related to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) pandemic, to understand the impacts on our community, services and activities.
We acknowledge that the escalation of the pandemic in Melbourne is worrying. Please be assured that our team will continue to deliver our services to our communities, with modifications, as has been our practice over the past few months.
We encourage you to stay connected and we ask our residents to contact your Place Manager if you need support or have any questions.
All Unison contact details can be found here.
A reminder to Unison residents that we have a dedicated COVID-19 information page on our website with the specific needs of our residents in mind. You can access this information page here.
The page is updated as new announcements are made by Federal and State Governments.
Melbournians will head into 6 weeks of Stage 3 restrictions from 11.59pm tonight, July 8.
A reminder that if you live in metropolitan Melbourne or the Shire of Mitchell there will be only four reasons that you can leave home:
- Shopping for food or other essential items
- To provide care giving, for compassionate reasons or to seek medical treatment
- For exercise (outdoor exercise only with one other person or members of your household)
- Work or study, if you cannot work or study from home
Otherwise, you must stay home, and you are not allowed to have visitors unless they are providing essential care or support.
