Tenants have your say!
Unison conducts Tenant Satisfaction Surveys to provide you, our tenants, with the opportunity to give open and honest feedback on how we are doing and to help us improve our services.
This year again, we have engaged Community Housing Industry Association NSW (CHIA NSW) who will process individual responses and provide us only with general data. The information you provide will not be shared with Unison.
This means that the survey is confidential and the responses are anonymous.

Unison tenants are invited to take part. You will receive either receive an SMS or email with a link to an online survey, or a letter with a paper survey to fill in and a reply-paid envelope to return it.
The survey is now live and closes on Friday 7 May 2021.
