Unison Research Lab forum - Who stays and who leaves community housing, and why?

What makes some tenancies successful, whilst others fail? Which tenants are more likely to have exit early and for what reasons? How can we better support tenants to stay housed?

Unison Housing Research Lab, a partnership between RMIT and Unison Housing, will present the key findings from new research into the occupancy patterns of social housing tenants.

As well as presentations by the researchers, a panel of practise leaders from Victorian housing and homelessness services will discuss how to better support tenants from three vulnerable client groups: Indigenous households, young people and those with a history of homelessness.

There will be an opportunity for deep-dive conversations between the audience, researchers and panellists.

This event is open to anyone and is FREE to attend.
